Group Supervision That Helps You Connect, Reflect and Grow

A small-group, values-based space for social workers and helping professionals to learn, share, and feel supported in the work that matters most.

Your Challenge

You care deeply about your work, but doing it alone can feel heavy.

  • You’re juggling complex cases with no one to brainstorm alongside

  • You’re racing from one crisis to the next, with no space to pause

  • You miss the peer connection that helps you stay grounded

  • You’d love to move beyond just surviving, to truly thrive in your role

You don’t have to carry that load solo.

Why Group Supervision Works

In a stable cohort of up to six practitioners, you’ll:

  • Learn from shared experience- tap into fresh ideas and real-world strategies

  • Practice reflective tools- slow down and explore what’s really happening in your cases

  • Build lasting connections- grow a trusted peer network that extends beyond our sessions

Why Liz?

Grounded, Insightful, and Here to Support You.

I’m Liz Andrew-Brake, an AASW-accredited social worker, supervisor, and facilitator with over 18 years’ experience across child protection, community services, and private practice in Australia, Aotearoa NZ, and the UK.

Group supervision is one of my favourite ways to work. I’ve seen again and again how powerful it is when a small group of values-led practitioners comes together to:

  • Slow down and think clearly about the work you’re already doing

  • Share real-world insights and practical strategies

  • Support each other to grow, learn, and stay passionate

This space isn’t about theory alone; it’s about creating a grounded, reflective environment that truly “gets” the realities you face every day.
