How We Store & Protect Information
All client and session information is stored in Zanda, a secure case management system designed for health and allied health professionals.
Zanda uses industry-standard encryption and secure servers to protect your information. Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Session notes are kept for professional and legal record-keeping purposes in accordance with Australian standards for supervision and consultancy practice.
We retain records only for as long as necessary to provide services and meet professional and legal obligations. After that, records are securely destroyed or deleted.
Disclosure to Third Parties
We use trusted providers to deliver our services, including:
Squarespace (website hosting)
Stripe (online payments)
Zoom (online video)
Zanda (case management system)
Google Analytics (website performance tracking)
Some of these providers may process or store information outside Australia (e.g., the United States). By using our services, you consent to such transfers. We take reasonable steps to ensure that all providers have adequate privacy and security measures in place.
Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies to improve user experience and analyse website traffic.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Supervision & Consultancy
Sessions are confirmed once payment or invoice arrangements are made.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged in full.
Sessions can be rescheduled subject to availability.
Sessions can be rescheduled via the Zanda booking portal or by contacting supervision@lizandrewbrake.com
No-shows are charged at the full rate.
Workshops
Registration is confirmed upon payment.
Refunds are provided only if we cancel the workshop.
For online workshops, recordings or materials may be provided at our discretion, this will be specified when you sign up.
Group Supervision Terms
Group supervision programs are offered as a complete series of sessions. By registering, you are committing to attend all scheduled sessions set out.
Before signing up, please check that you are available for the full series of dates.
If you are unable to attend a session, you will not receive a refund or partial refund.
Sessions cannot be rescheduled or transferred to future programs.
Materials or session notes may be shared at our discretion, but supervision relies on live participation and engagement.
4. Digital Products & Online Resources
All sales of digital products (webinars, workshops, downloads, e-books) are final. No refunds apply once access has been granted.
Resources are for personal or professional use only and may not be shared, copied, or resold.
Access to digital products may be time-limited if specified at purchase.
We are not responsible for issues outside our control, such as internet outages or device compatibility.
5. Disclaimer
Our services (supervision, workshops, consultancy, and resources) are designed for professional learning, reflection, and development.
They are not a substitute for therapy, clinical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. While every effort is made to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee outcomes or results.
We accept no liability for decisions, actions, or consequences arising from the use of our services or resources.
